Before You Come

Please call before bringing repair equipment or media to the shop. We will confirm the best next step.

A helpful first call

What should you tell us?

  • What the item or media format is
  • What is happening—or what you want to do with it
  • Any model number or label you can easily find

If you are not sure about any of that, call anyway. A simple description is enough to get started.
